Join us on this amazing tour and tick off your bucket list with things most other people only dream about…… This is our cross border introductory tour and priced affordably to give you the chance to experience the wonder that Botswana offers.
The first – and most lasting impressions – will be of vast expanses of uninhabited wilderness stretching from horizon to horizon, the sensation of limitless space, astoundingly rich wildlife and bird viewing, night skies littered with stars and heavenly bodies of an unimaginable brilliance and stunning sunsets of unearthly beauty. This all makes for world-class photography.
Botswana is well known for having some of the best wilderness and wildlife areas on the African continent. With a full 38 percent of its total land area devoted to national parks, reserves and wildlife management areas – for the most part unfenced, allowing animals to roam wild and free – travel through many parts of the country has the feeling of moving through an immense Nature wonderland.
Driving off-road through the bush of Botswana, camping in the middle of nature and Africa’s wild animals: this is the true spirit of Botswana. W

We meet up at Baltimore for a meet and greet. Each vehicle will be supplied with a radio for en route communication.
Whilst sitting around the campfire we will discuss what to expect over the next fifteen days. We will leave at 7 am the next morning for the border.
Day 2: Elephant Sands 550 km
We will meet up at the Groblersbrug Border post at 8 am. This will be the day with the most driving on the trip and one of the few days we need to get an early start to reach Elephant Sands. We will do a stop en-route to purchase meat and greens.
Enjoy viewing the elephants at a natural waterhole right in front of the lodge. Watch these impressive creatures whilst they drink at only a couple of meters away from you, a unique experience! There is plenty of other wildlife around as well on our unfenced 16000 ha private conservancy. The lack of fences allows all animals to roam freely.
Day 3: Elephant Sands
We will spend the day exploring the park and taking pictures or just relax in the camp trying to take that million dollar elephant close up photo. They have a resident pack of 18 wild dogs and we might be lucky enough to spot.

Day 6: Kasane
Optional: Visit to Chobe National Park and lunch or braai at one of the picnic spots in the park and later the afternoon a scenic sunset boat cruise.
Day 7: Kasane
Vic Falls and Zambia for those who have not been there. Victoria Falls, or Mosi-oa-Tunya, is a waterfall in southern Africa on the Zambezi River at the border between Zambia and Zimbabwe. It has been described by CNN as one of the Seven Natural Wonders of the world. We take a taxi to Vic Falls early the morning and back later the afternoon. The Zambian border is just a skip and a hop from the bridge and a day trip to Livingstone is possible.
For those not wanting to go to Vic Falls there is Tiger Fishing or self drive to Chobe.
Day 8: Kasane
Time to relax and explore Kasane and the surroundings or just lay back at the pool enjoying cocktails before the journey back home starts……
